Eden Workplace is a suite of office management software that offers tools for hybrid workspaces. With a pulse for modern ideologies and an eagerness to adapt in the 2020 pandemic, Eden effortlessly attracted mega-customers like Sega and IDEO.

Project Brief
As a startup specializing in office management software, Eden’s future was at risk during the 2020 pandemic when employees around the world stopped going into office. We quickly pivoted to adapt.

In 6 months, we hosted multiple web seminars, shipped tools to verify employee health, and crafted software like floor planning to shape the future of hybrid workplaces. Our hybrid workplace products led to 10x growth of contracted SaaS ARR and a 4x increase in ARR sales from Q1-Q3 2021.

  • 1. Product and market research

    Evaluated competitors to understand the problem space and identify pain points. Collaborated with VP of Operations to conduct web seminars, surveys, and customer calls to gather user insight during the pandemic.

  • 2. User interviews and wireframes

    Interviewed company partners and customers to better understand user frustrations and identify key feature requests.

  • 3. Lo-fi mocks and user feedback

    Presented lo-fi mocks and prototypes to customers for user testing and feedback. Iterated accordingly. Led twice-weekly design syncs for cross-functional feedback and alignment across executive suite, product & engineering, and sales & marketing.

  • 4. Hi-fi mocks and developer handoff

    Provided assets, specs, and design library. Followed up with UI reviews before shipping.
